Purchase Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is between Storefloww Commerce ("Storefloww", "we", "us") and the individual or entity purchasing the product ("Customer", "you"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. The product

"Product" means the specific plan, add-on, or service described at checkout (for example: Starter Plan, Growth Plan, Scale Plan, one-time website design, or monthly website management). What you see at checkout — price, billing cadence, and scope — is the binding description of the Product.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by our secure third-party payment partner (Square). One-time purchases are charged immediately. Subscriptions and monthly services renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due under this Agreement, including applicable taxes.

4. Delivery & timelines

• Plans: access is provisioned immediately after payment clears.
• Website design (one-time): first draft delivered within 10 business days of receiving your completed brief, with up to two rounds of revisions included.
• Website management (monthly): begins on the next business day after purchase and continues each month until cancelled.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing information, respond to requests for content and approvals in a timely manner, and own (or have rights to) all materials you submit — images, copy, logos, product data. Delays caused by missing or unclear input may extend delivery timelines.

6. Cancellations & refunds

• Subscriptions & monthly services: cancel any time before your next renewal date; you keep access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds.
• One-time design work: fully refundable until work has begun. Once design work has started, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Errors or duplicate charges: contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

7. Ownership & license

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you (designs, copy, images we created on your behalf). Storefloww retains ownership of the underlying platform, templates, frameworks, and any pre-existing components used to build them, and grants you a perpetual license to use those components as part of your store.

8. Warranty & disclaimer

We will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Storefloww's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own, and only use it as needed to perform this Agreement.

11. Governing law & disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storefloww Commerce is incorporated. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

12. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Storefloww regarding the Product and supersedes any prior understanding on the same subject.
