Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Storefloww, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Storefloww to sell illegal products, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, spam, or otherwise abuse the service or our other customers.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our purchase agreement.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Storefloww a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Storefloww is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storefloww Commerce is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
